Old Hickory Kennels’ owner, Larry Mize, has raised and trained champion German Shorthair Pointers for more than 40 years. The Veteran-owned business’s selective breeding program continues to produce excellent hunting dogs and family companions alike.

With a dedication exclusively to GSP breeding, we take pride in offering pups bred to become a hunter’s best friend – versatile hunting dogs that perform while hunting birds, in the duck blind or in field trials.
